Math Websites

We think these math websites rock!!!!

Kids Zone:  graphing/data

Math Matrix website: http://www.matrixgames.altec.org/

Fuel our Future (STEM) integrated website: http://www.fuelourfuturenow.com/high-school.cfm

Sim Calc Project

This software does an excellent job creating a simulation to go with a graph.  Students can explore the relationships between the two representations.

Geogebra - Free Software - Really Cool Stuff

Geogebra

This website was created as "free" material from a MSP grant.

6-10 Two Page Guides

We have condensed the Kansas State Math Standards into two pages for each grade level. The coding for these guides is the same as on the state standards documents. A delta denotes a tested indicator and a "N" denotes a non-calculator tested item. A circled number denotes a building block for another grade.

Example: On the sixth grade two-page guide:

6.M.3.2.K5 (7) Finds perimeter & area of rectangles & squares & 2-dimensional composite figures. Knows triangle formulas.
